Apply for Academics Abroad Group (AAG)
Administrative support for Academics Abroad Group programs is provided by the National Registration Center for Study Abroad (NRCSA).
To apply: 1) Apply on-line or print-out the application form and mail or fax the completed form to NRCSA together with 2) application fee of $385 payable to NRCSA and, 3) your unofficial university transcript (transcript may be sent to NRCSA by fax or e-mail).
Allow 10 working days AFTER ALL THREE of the above have been received for the application process. Your confirmation will be accompanied by a Planning Guide, insurance factsheets, and additional university forms to be completed and returned. Your official transcript reflecting that you have completed prerequisites for the course(s) you are taking abroad will also be due at that time.

Apply at least 2 months prior to your study abroad date. Late applications may be accepted but will incur an additional fee of $50.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your study abroad date.
Credit Card may be used for application fee and deposit. Final payment payable by check. If final payment will be with financial aid or third party payee, we will need details well in advance. Address overnight deliveries to NRCSA, 207 E. Buffalo St., Suite 610, Milwaukee, WI 53202, USA.
